Policies Agreed Upon When Booking
Please review these policies before booking with me. Contracts will be available upon booking to protect the client and the photographer. I look forward to working with you!
Please Review
Deposit
Alexis Tschida Photography will require a 30-50% down non-refundable deposit of the total cost, depending on your session type. This deposit holds your spot and protects my time as well as loss of income.
Balance Due
Balances of the remaining cost of whichever session you choose will be due before or the day of the session. Payments can be made by Venmo or cash. Payment plans may also become available.
Refunds
Refunds will only be granted if Alexis Tschida Photography has to cancel the session and a reschedule time is not available. If the client has an extenuating circumstance that requests a refund please reach out to me.
Rescheduling
If we need to reschedule due to weather or other instances, your deposit will be moved to the rescheduled time agreed by both parties.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, we may have less time for photos if I have another session scheduled after and or sunset occurs. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited.
no shows
No shows without any communication and reasoning will be blacklisted from scheduling future sessions with me and deposits will be forfeited.
Galleries
Most galleries will be delivered within 1-3 weeks unless stated otherwise. Wedding galleries will be delivered within 4-6 weeks. I offer an all inclusive online gallery with all best edited images. Galleries will be held for up to 90 days. It is your responsibility to download the full gallery before the 90 day period.
Editing
It is upon the photographers discretion on how images will be edited. I do not send out raw/unedited images for any reason. I do not allow the client to make changes to my edits or apply filters to my photos sent by Alexis Tschida Photography.
Additional Info
Alexis Tschida Photography is not responsible for child temperaments but will make every effort to make the session run smooth and successful. A travel fee of $0.50 will be required for sessions requested outside of the 40 mile radius of Owatonna, MN. Travel fees will be different for wedding packages.
